ENVY Mojito for 2
60ml NV Absinthe Verte
30ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Fresh Mint
7Up/Sprite/Tonic/Soda water (your taste preference)
Muddle mint in shaker then fill with crushed ice
Add your NV Absinthe and freshly squeezed lime juice, shake for around 15 seconds, then strain into an ice-filled Collins glass or Gin Bloomer
Then add your preferred mixer
Garnish with slices of lime and mint leaves
Then ENJOY!
