(Gimlet)
What’s it all about?
First served in the 19th Century by Surgeon General Sir Thomas Gimelette in the Navy to add a dash of vitamin C to their daily medicinal, this cocktail tasted so good it’s been in it for the long haul. Its effectively a refreshing gin sour, and the next step up from the classic gin and tonic with a slice of lime.
What’s in it?
Four parts ENVY Gin
One part sweetened lime juice (or cordial),
How to make it:
Mix and serve with or without ice. For a special summers day treat, add crushed ice…now that’s a slush puppy we can get behind.
